No surprises really, after a fairly miserable week last week my weight has shot back up, despite me trying to be good. Why can’t I do this?
Why do I try and try, make some progress then undo it all so quickly?
Why can I be good all day, not eating sweets from the vending machine, but munching on fruit, going to the gym, then blow it all in the evening or at the weekend?
Why can’t I lose the weight, despite wanting to?
