NTL in appointment keeping shocker…

Yup, they finally picked my defunct TV box up today.

Although they wouldn’t have done if I’d not spent another 45 minutes on the phone to them yesterday to remind them (as they’d “lost” my booking again…)

Now I eagerly await the next mistake (which I’m guessing will be on my next bill…)

  1. Simple – tell them to come and pick it up or the next time it will be left on the doorstep for them.

  2. Well, this months bill is utterly incomprehensible, but the total is about right – so I’ll wait till next month to see how badly wrong they get it…
