As a new push towards weight loss (and I know we’ve heard this all before… several times…) I’ve hired a personal trainer to help me out both in the gym, and with diet and menu tips.
First impressions are good – he’s pushing me hard in my first couple of workouts, but not too hard that I don’t want to carry on…
There will be a few blog posts and twitter updates on the subject, some may include progress photos – but as I’m gathering a lot of data on the workouts, I should be able to record and show some progress!
Anyway, here’s the generated weight graph – and “how much I’ve lost” ticker from My Fitness Pal – I won’t comment on it as it should stay up to date, and so anything I write will not stay applicable!
